House Cleaning
Our HOUSE is a 5000 sq ft home and studio. We are looking for professional cleaning services.

Welding (drop gate on landscaping trailer needs repair)

Auto Paint (2005 Dodge Magnum, Left front bumper needs repainting)

Frost Free Hydrant Installation (replace broken one; the hole has already been excavated around the broken one)

Landscaping Rocks / Boulders
This would be a great barter for someone who has some property with lots of rock, stone or boulders needing to be removed.

10x12 or Larger Storage shed

Photo Props / Backdrops
Since we area photo studio, we are always looking for fun or interesting items to use as backdrops or props.
Examples of things we like and/or are looking for:
Old metal signs, vintage tractor (does not need to run), vintage/victorian furniture, wagon wheels, oversize flower pots

Sheet rock repair: I pay for materials, WE install together.
1. Replace about 6 sheets in utility room - IN PROGRESS
2. Repair around storm door frame in utility room - IN PROGRESS
3. Remove Kitchen drop ceiling
4. Sheet rock attic (convert to usable room, frame and electric already installed.)

Tree/Brush Removal
We have 4 acres. Of which, at least half needs to be cleared and cleaned up. I would consider this an even trade for wedding coverage. We paid a crew $500 to clear a 1/2 acre area in front of the house. My estimate is that we need an additional $1500 worth of clearing to be done.

Lawn Mower repair (25hp 48"cut Poulan Pro) New this mower was $2500. I would consider trading for a NEW smaller one or complete overhaul of our current one plus an additional $700 cash (I was given $800 estimate for complete overhaul)

Excavation / Earth Moving / Fill dirt and gravel (for circular drive)
This is a rather large undertaking. I would be looking to trade our largest collection (platinum) plus I would expect to still have to pay a little. I estimate this would be close to $4000 to complete this project.

Tanning
Hair styling/coloring

Please prepare an appropriate barter. ie. If you want wedding photography for 5 hours ($1495 value) please don't respond with, "I'll clean your house a couple times."

Wedding Photography ($1495) = House Cleaning ($100 x 15 cleanings)
Family Portrait with one 11x14 salon print ($195) = House Cleaning ($100 x 2 cleanings)
High School Senior Portraits ($75 Basic Session + $325 Basic Print Package) = House Cleaning ($100 x 4 Cleanings)
